Start POP3 virtual server using AUTOEXEC

I would like to create a batch file to use in AUTOEXEC that would automatically start the POP3 Virtual Server on my windows server 2003.

What is the command to start the service?

Can someone give me a step by step of how to get this to work / if it is even possible.
