Starting a call centre

Hi friends,
I m planning to start a small internantional call center in mumbai for the first time. Just want to know 2 things:
1. What is the (legal) process and cost to form and register my company so that I can recieve legal money from my client from the usa when the job is done and what are the documents/legal papers needed for it.
2. For my process, I need to install 4 outbound telephones for usa and one 1-800 (toll free) no. for inbound (for customer’s interaction), taking care the no. displayed on the client’s phone for both outbound and inbound shud be an american no. and not indian. I need to know how much will this installation cost and how to get it done.
