Starting out

I recently compleated a course in electronics and computers and we covered some networking. Currently I am working as a junior network administrator and am having trouble finding my feet. Where do I start, I have picked up on different aspects of the job, but i would like a more comprehensive overview, could anyone suggest a ‘baby-steps’ site that may help?
