state laws regarding access to networks….

Wow so I guess I can no longer sit in my car in between classes and “mooch” a wi-fi signal off Mcdonalds to get on xbox live…..guess I will just have to use PDAnet on my android phone now and run a wired bridged ethernet connection from my PDAnet modem connection through my LAN connection on network and sharing center to get on xbox live in the car in between classes…I would be interested in learning more about court rulings regarding border searches and how this is at all possibly legal according to our first 10 amendments or whoever came up with the clause that made this legal at all.
