Static Route over Netgear site to site VPN

Hello all,
Here is the setup. One site to site link connected using a netgear fvs318 and fvx538 firewall router. I have a computer on the FVS318 side that needs to recieve updates and send infomation back but the information must come from FVX IP.

Any ideas? Will this work?
