Static routes to VPN clients on Win2003 Server RRAS

Hello!

I have a Win2k3 Server Standart on my company network which acts as VPN Server through RRAS.
I’ve configured RRAS to give IPs to the clients
through static ip pool.Eveything ok.
My question is how can deliver to each client that connects to the vpn server some static routes? do i need a dhcp server for that?
