Staying in IT for 6 years, and now don’t know where to go next

I have seen many posts where sharing comments and experiences about their work.

For me, I’ve been working for a company for over 6 years time and starting from time to time, i get more and more bored as I don’t know where to head on to improve my career as well as my life.

Can you guys here share me some info of what u are doing for your company and more importantly what keeps u excited and away from getting bored?

Sometimes I feel that I should change job so I may be happier. But i don’t know what kind of jobs that is better compared to my current job. currently I do network maintenance and programming for a small company.
