StickyKey + Shift Key doesn?t work properly in Internet 7

The accessibility option for the StickyKey + Shift Key doesn?t work properly in Internet 7. I have been using the accessibility ever since Windows came out. The way it should work is when StickyKey is set to on, by pressing and releasing the Shift Key once the next key press will be the uppercase of the key press and then returns to lower case for the next key press. For example by pressing and releasing the shift key and the ?a? key, the uppercase ?A? will appear. For some reason it isn?t working under Internet 7. My operating system is MS Windows XP Professional, SP 2.
