still not working

I was trying to install Red Hat 6.1. I insert a boot disk first then remove it, then insert my linux cd then all of the sudden an error message occurred. I can hear the cd on drive F spinning and the light is on but still not functioning. I already disabled the anti virus application and still not working. How do I fix this?
