Stop others from seeing my computer (port 3389)

I forwarded the port 3389 to my laptop, to connect (remote desktop connection) when I am away, however anyone who has my ip address will see my laptop. They can get to my password screen. How can I prevent others from seeing it, and only allow my IP address to see it?
