Stopping and Starting a Service w/ AT

I need to back up an exchange server across the network, but arcserve will not let me back up the ‘live’ data on the exchange server. Is it possible to use the AT command to schedule the exchanges service(s) to stop, run the backup, and then start the exchange service(s)?
