Stopping the Win95/95 desktop login.

On a Novell 4.x/5.x network with Win95/98 computers I would like to completely stop Windows desktop login. As it is now, after a user logs in to Novell, if this user has not used this particular cpu before, Windows pops up with its “Type your name in so Windows can identify you” message, and asks for a password. How do I completely stop Windows from asking for a user name/password without killing off the Novell login.
