Hey guys,
I run a Win2003 / 2000 domain network – made up largely of Windows XP PCs.
One of my users complained recently about not being able to access network resources. On checking I noticed that the problem occurred only on her computer, and only with her user profile. In other words anyone else can log on to that machine and access all their allowed resources as well as the user can log on to any other computer on the network and access the resources. When accessing network drives the Windows user/password dialog appears and even when the Domain Admin username and password is input, it rejects access giving the error – “…Multiple connections to a server…by the same user…using more than on username…not allowed”
I’ve never seen this before…any ideas?
p.s. The user has local administrative rights.
