Strange File – yc3oiswnv.exe showing up on start up

Customer has the above file name showing up on startup, saying it cant start and to tell M$ about the problem. Ive dug through quite a few web searches, and find nothing about this file.

Im lead to believe its remnants of spyware/virus that was removed from his system, and he currently has turned this off in startup in msconfig.

Anyone run across this one?
