Strange Ping Results

I have two Windows XP systems in a location that access a server across the building. In that location is a fiber drop that runs into a switch with 100BaseT ports. The systems are connected to the switch by Cat5. The systems can ping each other fine, however one system can ping the server while the other cannot. I have switched the cables, ports, and replaced the network card. Each time I get the same result. Any ideas?
