Stuck print jobs on SBS2003

I’m experiencing constant problems with SBS2003 print jobs getting stuck. Restarting the spooler always releases them but this occurs almost daily. Sometimes it occurs if network printers go offline, other times there’s no apparent reason.

Any ideas?
