Study Material for 70-680 / 70-686

As a recent job requirement to get some sort of cert I have chosen the 70-680 / 70-686 (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Exam.aspx?ID=70-680)

My question is does anybody know where I can get free or cheap study material or just a good series of practice exams?
