Subnet Mask – Windows 2003 Server

I have 2 win 2003 servers (domain controllers) and trying run them separately on my current network infrustructure setup. Please can somebody assist me on how I can manually configure my TCP/IP and Subnet Mask on both servers so that they do not conflict.
