suddenly SQLSERVR.EXE CPU Using 100% CPU

Environment
SQL Server 2005 enterprise Edition with sp2
Windows server 2003 with sp2

suddenly SQLSERVR.EXE using 100% CPU. no new changes has been made. no new jobs or stored procedures added. what are the causes how to find those? and how to decrease CPU Usage.
please someone help me
