Suggestion needed

Hi to all, I have just created my website by myself. I am not an expert/developer. I am facing a lot of issues with my new website development, here are some issues.
Website speed is not up to mark.
I don’t know how to add variation to products.
I do have not much knowledge about the checkout setup.
Any expert who can help me I will be highly obliged.
