Suggestion needed

Hi Folks,

I am working on Tivoli storage manager (TSM) from last 18 months ,it’s an IBM tool.

As i have to work 24/7 for the above technology(TSM),some health issues arised.

so, i would like to change to another domain(interested in Database & ERP ).

Someone please suggest some thing regardind this.

I am expecting nice suggestions from you guys.
