Suggestions Please

I have 6 2U 3.06 Dual Xeon Rackmount Servers.. Would like to host maybe a webserver and or game servers for a business. I am looking for someone that can shed some light on setting this up or explain the process..This is my first attempt at anything this complicated and I am tring to teach myself with whatever resources I can find online… so if anyone can point me in the right direction with any helpful information it would be much appreciated..
