Suitable Rack for high humidity – Singapore

I am looking for a server rack that is suitable for the high temperature
and humidity of Singapore. The rack will be located within a medium
sized office room which won’t have 24hr air conditioning.

Is there a racking solution that features it’s own air con type unit, a quiet
one would be desirable too.

On the subject of Singapore, can anybody recommend a good supplier of
IT equipment?
