Support CD-ROMs / DVDs

Hello,

I’m planning to start a call-centre and would like to know where I can subcribe to/purchase Microsoft’s Support CDs. My staff require resources which can be accessed immediately. Any other info regarding Resource CDs from other sources would be appreciated.
