Survey about the 12th Annual Salary Survey

I’m sure that many of you have seen the 12th Annual Redmond Magazine Salary Survey.

What I want to know is, what do you think about it. Do you think that it is reflective of the real world?

How does the industry view certifications, specifically Microsoft Certifications, these days?

Also, does anyone know of a Salary Survey that doesn’t focus only on Microsoft specific technologies?
