Svr 2003 user files on svr

A specific user on the network that moves around to different PC’s cannot see his files on the server (My Documents) at some but not all the PC’s he can sit at in the same room. The PC’s in question are connected to and are talking to the server. All PC’s and user accounts have been setup exactly the same. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
