Swapped out switch and firewall, still our internet goes down, Any ideas?

Our internet goes down at least 2-3 times a week. ISP has no problems and can ping our switch, but we can’t get access. We then have to manually reboot switch and firewall and everything is back to normal until the next fail. Any thoughts?

We swapped out old switch and firewall and now are running a Cisco switch and SonicWall firewall. Thank you.
