switch 10/100mbps vs 10bast-T hubs problem

i have connected switch to the internet and according to the company i work needs, i have shared the internet access to other offices in the same premise. but my problem is:
-> my 10base-T hubs were functioning in the isolated network, but there after i tried to share the internet with a single cable from my switch to the hub, employees couldn’t get accessed to the internet server.
-> any body can help what would be the problem ? if any logic i miss-understood please let me know.
