Switch between users, wireless network

Hi, I have a PC and a Notebook at my home and a wireless network. I have trouble in my PC when I switch between users. If I am logged on as admin then it is ok but if I logge on as someone else my network card is unabled (with X mark on it in the task bar).
I have tried to enable it by rigth click on the card, I have also tried to go in the user accounts to see if there is something I can do there but I cant figure it out.
Does someone have any answere to this?
