Switch recommendations

I’m currently administering a small business network of 3 IIS, 2 SQL, 1 Crystal Reports, 1 Backup server, with sundry others. Our old switches are dying with frightening rapidity, and I was looking to see if anyone has some suggestions from their experience, good and bad. We need some gigabit, 2 ports per switch at a minimum. My boss also wants to see managed switches in here (not that I’m opposed to that, but there is support from above for the slightly higher priced models) Otherwise, we just have a wired network that needs to be stable and secure. We are on a limited budget, so most Cisco level devices are out of our range right now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
