We recently switched ISP Provders and access our system through Remote Desktop through Windows Server 2003 and Cisco Pix 501 Series Firewall. I know when we had our first ISP Provider we had to configure the Pix Firewall because of that ISP. Recently reset the Pix to factory default settings and still can not access the VPN externally…. (If connected directly to the network, you can access the server through 192.168.1.10)… I am a beginner to intermediate user and am not sure if there were configurations to Server that we had to do when the Pix configeration was initially modified? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated…
P.S. the reason I beleive we changed a setting on the server is because even if I bypass the Pix Firewall, still cannot make a connection to the internet… (I beleive we disabled DCHP to make it work)…
