Switching between 2 Novel 4.1 Servers

I have two Novel 4.1 Servers and when I connect them to the same switch or hub I can only log in to one but not the other even though I can tell it which one. What ever server is plugged in or turn on last is the one I can log into. The information on them are different. Tree, Name, and context are different even the network #. Any suggestions would be help full, to get them to work together and be able to log on to each one.
