Symantec Anti Virus corporate Edition 10.1

Hello,

I am using Symantec Anti Virus coroporate Edition 10.1. But resently I have to format it and installed it again. Now my most of the clients it is showing me offline. I have 150 client in different location. Now their virus defination is showing 20-12-2008 that day which I have format my server. Now can any one help me how can I update their virus defination as well as they should be online in my paraent server with out reinstalling the cleint on respective machine.
