Symantec Antivirus secondary server disabled

Hi all,

I have one Symantec Antivirus 10.1 server corporate edition installed on server, and i could connect 25 secondary servers on that. Now i am trying to add two more secondary servers. It connects but in “disabled” state shows in console. Primary server can ping to secondary server . Please help me help to solve this problem..?
