Is anyone aware of a method to combine or synchronize the renewal dates for Symantec Antivirus 10.1 if licenses are purchased incrementatlly.
We have a 15 user license, and have just purchased 5 more that we thought would be added to the same lic. What we ended up with is 2 certificates to be installed on the server with two different renewal dates.
According to Symantec and Ingram, our options are:
1. Order the added lic near the renewal date and just renew the various lic seperately (5 user + 15 user)
2. Repurchase a 20 user lic (at a higher cost than renewal)
3. Purchase more than 100 lic to be able to adjust/synch renewal dates.
So my question (again) is Is anyone aware of a method to combine or synchronize the renewal dates for SAV?
