Symantec Backup Exec 10d question

Hello, I am using Symantec Backup Exec 10d to manage our nightly backups. We are running a windows 2003 domain and I am backing up about 10GB worth of data nightly from one Member Server to another. I want the backup job to overwrite the media that is already there from the night before, so that the Backup to Disk folder only has the previous night’s backup files in it. This is working, except for the fact that it is asking the desktop each time IF IT IS OK TO OVERWRITE MEDIA. This is obviously holding up the backup jobs as I am not on the server 24/7 and the job won’t run til I click YES OK TO OVERWRITE MEDIA.

How can I avoid this and have the job overwrite the media without the prompt?
