Symantec Endpoint 11 knocking over Radius

I recently installed SEP 11.0 on a DC with 2003R2, as I was installling I got an error about Enforcer and turning off Radius as port 1812 may be in use. I carried on but ever since we haven’t been able to have our wireless clients connect, when they do more often than not the Computer Browser service falls over as well as but not always the Server service and Workstation service. IAS has been uninstalled twice now. I’ve uninstalled SEP and ran their clean wipe tool but its starting to look more and more like I’ll have to rebuild the server, obviously I don’t want to do this. Has anyone got an idea or come across this?
