Symantec GSS 2.0 and MAC addresses

We have installed Ghost Solution Suite 2.0 on our server, but are having an issue where the clients are showing up as MAC addresses in the console… not computer names. Tech support had me run a configuration refresh, but that doesn’t help. Some computers with exact same hardware show up in the console as the computer name no problem. I can get the bad ones to show up as computer names if I export the registry entry pertaining to the NIC, delete the registry entry, reboot and import the registry entry. However, when I reimage the computer, it’s back to showing up as the MAC in the console instead of the computer name. Symantec tech support has been no help… anyone else experience this issue?
