Symantec V10 Clients not getting A/V Updates from Symantec Server

We are unable to get the A/V updates pushed down to our Symantec 10 clients. The server (also Symantec 10) can schedule virus scans but the A/V definitions cannot be pushed down manualy from the server nor will scheduled A/V updates work.
