Synchronising maps after upgrade w2k sp3

In upgraded my good working Terminal server (win2000) with service pack 3.All off a sudden the non terminal server clients synchronise their local maps on their previous terminal server maps.This gives much useless network traffic. Also when i want to disconnect a terminal client as administrator i get the message error 5 – Acces denied
