Synchronize failing

I am working offline a lot of the time at home. And then when I come to the office I try to sync my files to the server by either wireless or wired in. In either case I get the same message of Access denied to the folders on the server. I checked the security permissions and they are all correct. I also can open any files that are in that folder to begin with.

Any ideas?
