Synchronize mails from a desktop to a notebook.

I want all my work to be synchronized between my primary computer (desktop) and my notebook, HOW? If I’ve sent a mail from my notebook I want that same my mail to be showed as sent on my desktop and if I’ve received a mail on my notebook it should also pop up on the desktop.

I’m currently running SBS 2003 with an exchange server.
