Synchronizing outlook calendar with my website

Hello ,

I want to synchronize outlook calendar with my website ,
so that I can type into the calendar
and whatever I put
it should sync. on the website

is this a simple task or complex,
is I have to use exchange server for this

how will this be possible in classic asp or asp.net ,

please help me
