Syncronize the outlook express data

I need use one user to separate machenes with separate userloging. Same time I need to check the my outlook mail and addreses from all machines in our network. Example I have the 3 machines as A,B,C. My machine is A. I configured the A for my outlook settings and after i logoff from that machine I need to check it from B or C. I need to transfer my settings to my server and is there any posibility to syncronize from that.
