Synthetic Time on Novell Server

Ever since I changed the time on our Novell Server for daylight savings time I am now getting a message in my SYSCON that says:
‘Synthetic Time is being issued on partition “WCA”‘ The severity=1 (I don’t know if that is a big deal or not). I obviously know very little about the novell server. I pretty much inherited it. Is this something I need to be concerned about? It’s throwing the message up every 2 minutes. I have done the time change other years and not had a problem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
