Sysprep

Hello.
I have a master machine with XP ready to clone. I down loaded the sysprep tool from MS, put it on a floppy and installed it on the master in it’s own folder with all the files needed therein. But how do I get it to run. It’s telling me “Entry point not found” something about my DLLs every time I try and to start it. Also I cannot locate the INF file either. I know i’m doing something wrong can you help. Thanx
