system files deleted in vista-cannot boot

MY system files were affected by some virus in Vista. The antivirus loacated the visrus and prompted for a delete action..after which the virus was deleted..
unfortunately the virus file was a system file,which got deleted..
after a reboot,the it said, the message appeared “cannot find operating system””

later after few more try’s it says cannot find boot mngr…

pls help….
