Hi, hope someone can help! I have a desktop HP with MS office 2007, MS word 2007 (trial) and Windows XP pro. This is a work computer I use at home with hospital servers and programs installed on it so I can connect, play, and transcribe files. I am the second person to use this computer. The original user set the system up with MS User Administrator ID and password.
1. I first had a problem when I tried to login to my hospital http site. My computer MS prompted me to give my password (which I do not have) after a few times trying different passwords Access was Denied. SSooo,
I thought I would try to change the administator account, I deleted the original administrator account and added me as the new administrator. after this all of my Work related Icons were gone! So I then I restored my computer to an earlier time, but it would not restore to the first 3 times and dates. It finally restored to yesterday but now nothing reponds! No Internet, no microsoft programs I see them but they say NOT RESPONDING and I got a “rundll32.exe” ERROR message. Somewhere in all of this, I remember checking the box that allows no restoration and NOW I can not restore to an earlier date at all. I unchecked it and still nothing. Can someone help?
