System Policy on Windows 2000

When I first set up 2 of my Citrix servers running Windows 2000 back in early 2002, I had an old NT 4 domain server which I had inherited. I used system policies to configure some things on my Windows 2000 Citrix servers. I now want to change those things and have everything controlled by Group Policies (yes, I know that it is 2007, but they have been very stable and still accomplishing their tasks). Since I currently have Windows 2000 domain controllers, is there a way that I can edit my old System Policy and then apply it to reverse those old settings so that all settings will be controlled by Group Policy?
