“System resuming” every time I start my Samsung RF510

I have a Samsung RF510 laptop computer running Windows 7 Professional which I upgraded with a SSD. After this, when I boot the computer, I get the “SAMSUNG” splash screen and instead of displaying the two options F2 or DEL to select the method of booting or entering the BIOS, it displays “SYSTEM RESUMING”. This means that I cannot view the POST and I cannot access the BIOS. All devices have the latest drivers and Windows is up to date. Assistance with this will be appreciated.
